Pause or resume

Reply PAUSE to stop scheduled messages and RESUME to turn them back on. You can also manage delivery from your account.

SMS commands

SMS is still in preview mode. When live texting is enabled, HELP will show the same menu and STOP will unsubscribe your number.

Telegram did not connect

Create a fresh connection link from your account, open it within 15 minutes, and tap Start in Telegram. The bot is @affirmationsdotsobot.
